Agreement

By renting equipment or services from Victorelio Co. you agree to the terms outlined here. These terms govern delivery, servicing, payment, damage, and pickup of all rented portable sanitation equipment.

Rental Period

Rentals begin on delivery and end on pickup. Customers are responsible for ensuring units remain accessible and undamaged during the rental period.

Payment

Invoices are due within 15 days unless otherwise agreed. Late balances may incur a 1.5% monthly finance charge.

Damage & Loss

Customer is responsible for damage or loss caused by misuse, vandalism, or relocation of units without authorization.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 24 hours of delivery may incur a delivery fee.

Liability

Victorelio Co. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from rental use. Maximum liability is limited to the rental amount paid.
